Bundestag eases rules for digital general meetings
On Feb. 9, 2023, the German Bundestag passed a resolution by a large majority to exempt associations and their general meetings from the legal requirement that they usually only be held in person. Now the members of an association should also have the opportunity to participate in a general meeting digitally.
